In the course of labor relations, some employers are forced to impose additional duties on their employees, for example, in the case of a vacation of the main employee. These actions should be documented.
Instructions
Step 1
First of all, you must get the employee's consent to take on additional responsibilities, this is stated in article 60.2 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. To do this, issue a notification in his name. Enter here the reason (for example, in connection with the main employee's leave), the replacement period. Give the document for signature to the person to whom it is addressed (his signature will mean consent).
Step 2
Include rules on temporary assignment of duties in the regulation. You can register this condition in the document "Household Rules".
Step 3
Be sure to draw up an additional agreement to the employment contract, because you are changing one of the conditions (and sometimes several). Here, indicate what exactly is being entrusted to the employee. For example, a courier is on vacation. You assign his duties to the secretary. In the additional agreement, write down that the employee must work with documents, namely: deliver and receive them from counterparties, authorities and other organizations.
Step 4
In the supplementary agreement, also indicate the replacement period. You can write a specific date, or you can simply prescribe that responsibilities are assigned to the time the main employee is absent from the workplace.
Step 5
Record the payment in the same document. Remember that the assignment of responsibilities entails additional work, so you cannot not pay for it. Additional salary can be indicated as a percentage of the salary, or in a fixed amount.
Step 6
Issue an order to impose additional responsibilities. The Government of the Russian Federation has not developed a unified form, so draw up it yourself and approve it in the accounting policy of the enterprise. Here also indicate the period of replacement, full name. employees, as well as the amount of additional payments. Give the order for review to the employee.
