In the description of most vacancies, higher (or at least secondary vocational) education and work experience are present as mandatory requirements. However, this does not mean that it is impossible to find a job without them. After all, almost everyone has been in such a situation at one time or another. To find a job, it's important to have patience and follow a few simple rules.
Instructions
Step 1
If you have no experience and education, this does not mean that you do not know anything at all and you have no talents. Perhaps you are naturally a good negotiator, tolerant and polite person. This will be important for employment in the call center. On the other hand, you know how to cook and are good at cooking, neat and discreet. This is a big plus for the waiter. Make a list of your personal qualities that may be needed in the work and think in what areas they can be useful.
Step 2
Write a competent resume and send it out to as many employers as possible. In the resume, indicate your strengths, character traits that can be used for a particular job. Write about everything that you can do. Quite often there are a number of requirements in job descriptions. If you meet most of them, send your resume, because 100% compliance is not always necessary.
Step 3
Jobs can be found not only on job search sites. Often, companies post vacancies on their own websites. Make a list of companies that have career opportunities, good salaries and benefits (you can learn about such companies from friends or from the Internet) and send your resume to these companies. Surely they will answer you.
Step 4
Do not neglect the lowest positions (assistant sales manager, etc.). The salary for these positions is minimal, however you can learn a lot. And if such a vacancy is offered by a large stable company, this is a chance for career growth in this company for you.
Step 5
It is worth using dating. Surely someone from your acquaintances knows that a vacancy has opened in this or that company, for which he can recommend you.
