A quick fit in the store does not always give you a complete picture of the quality and size of jeans. If a defect or non-conformity is found after purchase, you have the right to return the product back or exchange it. To do this, you need to draw up a claim and substantiate your desire to terminate the sales contract.

Step 1
Write a claim to the store. In the header of the application, indicate the name of the organization and the name of the head. Then enter your details, including a contact phone number. Then explain the essence of your claim. Enter the purchase date and product name. Similarly, describe the problem you encountered after purchasing. Write your store requirements. Check if you would like to exchange jeans or get your money back. Please provide a current date and personal signature.
Step 2
Attach a receipt to your claim confirming the purchase at this store. If the seller refuses to accept your application, send a notification letter to the store's address. You must submit a claim no later than 14 days after purchase, otherwise a return will not be possible.
Step 3
Conduct an independent examination to establish the fact of marriage. By law, this research must be paid for by the claiming store. Insist on being present during the examination to avoid possible deception. If the seller refuses you, ask for an officially signed statement in order to present it in court. But in this case, you will have to pay for the examination at your own expense. If the expert confirms that the marriage was not your fault, the shop will reimburse you for the procedure in the event of a trial.
Step 4
Provide the store with the result of your expertise. If the seller still refuses to accept the goods back, apply to the court. After making a decision, the store will refund you the cost of the goods, pay for the examination and, possibly, pay moral damages.
