The claim is written to the name of the head of the enterprise in two copies, one of which remains with you. If the store refuses to accept your claim, then you must duplicate the text in the store's feedback and suggestions book and send it by registered mail with a receipt notification. After that, the claim must be accepted for consideration within the period established by law.

Secondly, after the expiration of the period for considering the claim, the store administration either satisfies your requirements (returns money for a low-quality product or changes it to a similar one), or refuses. In the latter case, you need to conduct an independent examination of the defective product and contact the consumer protection organization or supervisory authorities that are involved in state protection of consumer rights.

Thirdly, if you still did not manage to return money for a low-quality product or replace it with a similar one, then according to Article 17 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Protection of Consumer Rights" you have every right to file a claim with the judicial authorities.
