Instructions
Step 1
Visit the official website of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation. Here you can write an appeal to the general prosecutor, which will be considered within 30 days.
Step 2
Send your application to the address: GSP-3 125993 Moscow, Bolshaya Dmitrovka st., 15a. Your letter will be delivered to the Citizens' Reception Department of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation. If you write a complaint and send it to the address: Moscow, Blagoveshchensky per., 10, it will be received at the information desk and forwarded to the management.
Step 3
Fill out the online application form on the website. Enter your last name, first name, patronymic, postal address, telephone number. State the essence of the statement or complaint, try to provide all the details, but avoid emotions and obscene expressions at the same time. The letter should not contain insults, curses and threats to the life and health of anyone. Do not write charges, this remains the prerogative of the court. Just describe what happened, when and where, and what your request or requirement is. Support what you said with evidence. These can be photocopies of documents, originals, polls.
Step 4
Read the Federal Law of 02.05.2006 No. 59-FZ "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Citizens of the Russian Federation". In accordance with this regulatory legal act, your letter must be registered no later than three days from the date of receipt, and then sent to the structural unit of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation.
Step 5
You can declare the termination of consideration of your written appeal, request, proposal, etc. This must be done in writing or by e-mail. The Attorney General is responsible for the objective, comprehensive and timely consideration of appeals.
Step 6
Please note: there is a box for appeals and statements in the office of the Attorney General. There you can put a pre-sealed appeal or a letter in an envelope. Correspondence is taken out daily at a certain time by employees of the correspondence department. Above is stamped "from the box for appeals and statements." The date of the seizure and the time are written on it. Experts take the documents for registration and further consideration to the prosecutor's office.
