If the property has been owned for more than three years, then there is no need to submit a declaration to the tax office. But if you have owned an apartment for less than three years, then the amount of income is taxed at a rate of 13%.

Step 1
Initially, you need to fill out a two-page cover sheet. In the "Correction number" field, put the number 0. In the "TIN" field, enter your taxpayer identification number. Then indicate the tax period for which you are reporting - the year in which the apartment was sold. In the field "Submitted to the tax authority (code)" put the number of the tax office where you are registered.
Step 2
If you are filing a return as an individual, put 760 in the Taxpayer Category Code field. You can find out the OKATO code in the tax authority and enter it in the appropriate field. Next, enter your last name, first name, patronymic and contact phone number. Also on the first page write the total number of pages of the declaration and the number of documents that will be attached. At the very bottom of this page, you must put the date of completion and your signature.
Step 3
On the second page, fill in your melons in the following fields: Date and Place of birth. In the "Citizenship" field, enter the number 1 if you are a citizen of any country; number 2 if you do not have any citizenship.
Step 4
Fill in the fields "Information about the identity document" based on the document you have. Next, enter the full address of your permanent place of residence, which is indicated in your passport.
Step 5
After the title pages are completed, write your full name on Sheet A. the person who bought the apartment from you and his TIN.

In paragraph 2 of this page, indicate the amount received, the amount of taxable income and the amount of tax calculated. If the apartment has been in your ownership for less than three years, you can qualify for a tax deduction of no more than 1,000,000 rubles. For example, if your income was 2,500,000 rubles, then the tax at the rate of 13% will be imposed on the amount of 1,500,000 rubles.
Step 7
On Sheet E, you must enter data to calculate the property tax deduction on income for a sold apartment that has been owned for less than three years. In paragraph 1.1.1, write down the total amount of income received. In clause 1.1.2 - the maximum amount of tax deduction (1,000,000 rubles). In clauses 1.3.1 and 1.5.1, the value from clause 1.1.1 is prescribed, and in clauses 1.3.2 and 1.5.2 - the value from clause 1.1.2. In item 4, indicate the total amount of deductions.
Step 8
In section 1, calculate the tax base and the total amount of tax payable to the budget on income taxed at a rate of 13%. In line 010 indicate the total amount of income (in this case - 2,500,000 rubles), in line 030 - the total amount of taxable income (2,500,000 rubles). On line 040, write the amount of expenses and tax deductions that reduce the tax base - 1,000,000 rubles.
Step 9
Considering that in this example the data of line 030 of section 1 is greater than the data of line 040, then in line 050 "Tax base" enter the resulting difference - 1,500,000 rubles. To get the data for line 060, you need to multiply the data for line 050 by 13%. The sum will turn out to be 195,000 rubles. If personal income tax was not withheld from the income you received, then in line 070 indicate 0 rubles.
Step 10
To find out the data for line 120 (the amount of tax to be paid to the budget), you must subtract the amount written in line 070 from line 060 (195,000 - 0). The sum will turn out to be 195,000 rubles.
Step 11
Finally, fill in section 6: "Tax amounts payable (surcharge) to the budget / refund from the budget". On line 020, indicate the BCC of personal income tax 18210102021011000110. In line 030, reflect the OKATO code and in line 040, write down the amount of tax that must be paid to the budget - 195,000 rubles in this case.
