Do you have a specialty that was not chosen by chance, that you like, and you are not going to change it? Then look for offers that match your education. Look at the perspective: will your work be in demand in a few years, or you need to foresee the likelihood of getting another profession in advance.

Analyze the terms that employers offer you. One of the most important factors is the size of the proposed wages. It consists of a salary and additional benefits. When choosing, keep in mind that you are guaranteed to receive only the salary specified in the employment contract. All other bonuses must first be earned, and it is not a fact that it will be possible to do it right away. Therefore, focus on the size of the salary, whether it suits your needs.
In addition to wages, working conditions are an important consideration when choosing a job, i.e. the length of the working day and the availability of business trips. Estimate how much time you can spend outside the home, how the household will react to your absence.

Among the options for a new job, choose the one that is closer to home. The time taken to travel to and from work adds up to months and years. You can't return them back, think - is it worth spending it so recklessly?

Before deciding to work for a given organization, gather information about it. Read reviews in the local press and on the internet. Evaluate the prospect: will the goods or services offered by this enterprise be in demand in a year, five or ten years. If you are interested in career growth, assess how likely it is within the organization. The more information you gather, the easier it will be to navigate career opportunities.

If you are still studying and you need a job temporarily, choose an organization whose management is loyal to the absence of an employee during sessions. This must be discussed in advance so that there is no misunderstanding on the part of the bosses and colleagues.
