Pay attention to the color of the document. The 2011 sick leave is blue with yellowish fields for filling, in the middle - lighter, at the edges - darker with a lilac tint. The color scheme is selected so that it would be impossible to reproduce when copying: it turns out either too pale or too bright.
Step 2
Examine the texture of the paper. The original letterhead should crunch like a new banknote. Fake sick leave is much softer. Look the leaf at the light. You should see the watermarks - the FSS logo and two ears. In addition, the paper should be interspersed with blue, pink and green security fibers 3 - 5 mm long.
Step 3
Enlighten the sick leave with a bill validator. In ultraviolet light, the blue background of the document will turn to green, yellow cells to red, and the security fibers will become clearly visible. In infrared rays, the text printed on the letterhead will disappear completely.
Step 4
Check if the back of the 2011 sick leave is torn off. According to the new rules, it must remain in a medical facility. If the tear-off bottom is in place, it is likely that the form is counterfeit.
