The next reason a tenant may be asked to leave is for improper renovation of their apartment. Of course, this is not a cosmetic repair that can be done on a monthly basis. We are talking about when the landlord significantly re-planned and changed his home. For example, he combined two bedrooms into one, or connected the kitchen with the hall, or something else. At the same time, completely forgetting not only about the neighbors, but also about the fact that he removed the load-bearing walls, which is strictly forbidden to do. In this case, such a "owner" of property, after revealing all violations, faces a lawsuit. The court can seize the apartment and send it to the auction. Therefore, before anyone wants to implement their design ideas, they must be approved by government agencies. Who must issue or not issue permission for the redevelopment of the apartment.
