Necessary

  • - the passport;
  • - documents for the site;
  • - application to the registration center;
  • - receipt of payment for registration.

Instructions

Step 1

If you purchased or received a land plot before 1990, you can use Federal Law 37 "On simplified registration of land plots and erected buildings in the ownership of citizens of the Russian Federation."

Step 2

To do this, call an engineer from FUZKK (formerly "Rosnedvizhimost"). Land surveying and other technical work will be carried out for you, on the basis of which you can receive an extract from the cadastral passport and a copy of the cadastral plan.

Step 3

If you received a land plot for lease, then contact your local municipality and receive a decree on the free or paid transfer of land to ownership. You can register a leased land for free only once in a lifetime, so if you have already registered ownership of the leased land, then you will be able to transfer the land to you only for the cadastral value.

Step 4

If you received a plot from an organization, then contact the board of a gardening partnership or the local administration and get an extract from the household book that you use this plot.

Step 5

If you inherited a land plot, gave it to you or you bought land from private individuals, then you have documents of title, which you will submit to the registrar along with an application and an extract from the cadastral passport, a copy of the cadastral plan.

Step 6

If you purchased or received a plot after 1990, then the documents are drawn up in almost the same way. The only difference is that you cannot register property rights by receiving an extract from the household book, since after 1990, title documents were already issued for all plots.
