One of the documents required for obtaining a loan for urgent needs at the bank is a copy of the work book certified by the employer, which confirms the presence of a permanent place of work for the applied client. But unfortunately, not in every bank, employees give customers a sample, according to which a copy of the work book must be certified. As a result, a copy of the labor document has to be made several times.
Instructions
Step 1
A copy of the work book should be certified by the personnel department of the employing organization. If you work in a small company where there is no personnel department, a person who maintains a personalized record of employees must certify a copy of the labor document. In small firms, this can be done by the chief accountant. Also, a copy of the work book can be certified directly by the director of the organization.
Step 2
We make copies of all completed pages of the work book, starting with the first page with personal data and ending with the page indicating the current place of work. We make copies of each spread of the labor page on a separate A4 sheet.
Step 3
On all copies of the pages of the work book, except for the last one, the responsible person of the organization puts the stamp of the enterprise and makes the inscription: "The copy is correct." Below he puts the date of certification of the copy, writes his position and puts a signature. In this case, the text and the seal should be located half on the print of the removed copy of the work book, and the other half on the free part of the sheet.
Step 4
On the copy of the last page of the work book, the person in charge of the organization puts the same marks as on the previous pages: the inscription "Copy is correct", the date of certification, his position and signature, plus additionally prescribes the phrase: "Works to the present."
A copy of the work book certified in this way excludes any inaccuracies and ambiguities and is accepted by any bank as a document confirming the existence of a permanent place of work.
