Having left for another country for permanent residence, people sooner or later return to the issue of discharge from Russia. Most often, the discharge is delayed until there is an urgent need. But when the "roast cock bites", everyone begins to rush in search of the best and fastest solution. Although, in fact, there is a fairly simple procedure for leaving Russia.

Instructions

Step 1

There is article 7 of the Federal Law, which guarantees the right of Russian citizens to freedom of movement, as well as the choice of place of stay and residence within the Russian Federation. On the basis of this article, a citizen of Russia can be discharged, that is, removed from the register at the place of residence. This also applies to those who remain to live on the territory of the country, and to those who leave Russia forever.

Step 2

If you have left for permanent residence outside the Russian Federation, contact the Russian consulate in the territory of the country in which you are currently staying. This institution will contact the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia and send the entire package of documents to the appropriate territorial bodies of the FMS of Russia so that you are removed from registration in the Russian Federation.

Step 3

To do this, you must collect and submit the following documents: - an application of the established form with a request to remove you from registration;

- a registration card with your photo, this card also has an established form;

- an internal passport of the Russian Federation (if you do not have a passport, its location must be indicated in the application for deregistration).

Step 4

An application to remove you from registration in Russia must be written personally by you (if you have reached the age of 14).

Step 5

Having signed the application, you must certify it (or rather your signature) with the consul. If it is necessary to discharge a child who has not yet turned 14 years old, applications are filled out by his legal representatives (parents, guardians).

Step 6

After deregistration, the internal passport of the Russian Federation will be returned to you through the relevant consular offices.

Step 7

Ask the Russian consulate about the cost of this service and the time it will take for the authorities to deregister you.
