When hiring employees, enterprises of any form of ownership are required to keep work books. The form for filling them out and the procedure for making entries were approved by the Government of the Russian Federation No. 225 dated April 16, 2003 and approved by the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation. The employer is obliged to enter information about the work in the employee's work book no later than 5 calendar days after hiring and signing an employment contract.

Step 1

On the hiring of an employee, an order should be issued, which is issued on a unified form No. T-1. After signing an employment contract by both parties and issuing an order, you immediately need to enter information about the work in the work book.

No corrections and abbreviations are allowed when entering information about the work.

In the corresponding column, the day, month and year of admission are recorded.

Step 6

Next, you should indicate the full name of the organization and the separate structural unit to which the employee is admitted. The name of the organization may be affixed with a rectangular seal with the full name. The name of the structural unit must be entered only in words, as well as the name of the position and category for which the employee is accepted.

Step 7

The corresponding column indicates the order for employment, its number, date, month, year of issue.

Step 8

If an employee gets a job for the first time or the work book is lost, then the title page of the new work book is additionally filled in.

Step 9

It should indicate the full name of the person. employee, date, month, year of birth, education information. The signature of the employee, the head of the personnel department is affixed and the seal is affixed by the personnel department.

Step 10

All information about work in case of loss of employment is entered on the basis of certificates from previous jobs or directly at the enterprises where this employee worked earlier.
