Instructions
Step 1
When applying for a job, any employee writes a job application addressed to the first person of the company. In the header of the application, the employee writes the name of the enterprise, the surname and initials of the manager, as well as his address of the place of residence, surname, name and patronymic. In the content of the application, the employee expresses his request to take him to work, to a certain position, signs and the date of writing the application. The director puts a resolution on the job application from a certain date (with or without probationary period), the date of hiring.
Step 2
Based on the employee's application, the director issues an order for the employment of this employee for a specific position. Certifies the order with his signature and the seal of the enterprise.
Step 3
Conclude an employment contract with the employee being accepted for the position, in which you write down all the rights and obligations of the employee. On the one hand, the head of the enterprise signs the contract, puts a seal, on the other, the employee signs the date of the contract.
Step 4
After completing the necessary documents, the personnel officer proceeds to filling out the employee's work book. If the employee has not previously issued a work book, take an empty work book form. Fill in the surname, name and patronymic of the employee to be hired on the front side of the book. On the basis of the diploma, enter the status of education and the profession received, specialty. Indicate the date of filling out the work book, the position of the person filling it out, put the seal of the enterprise where the work book is first issued.
Step 5
If the employee already has a work book, and there are records of work in it, put the serial number of the record in Arabic numerals. Indicate the date of hiring.
Step 6
In the “Job Information” column, write down the fact that the employee was accepted for a specific position in a specific department.
Step 7
In the "Reason" box, write in the date and number of the hiring order.
Step 8
When dismissing an employee from his position, indicate the date of dismissal, in the third column, enter the fact of dismissal, referring to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. In the fourth column, indicate the number and date of the resignation order. Certify the record with the seal of the enterprise, sign the personnel officer. Familiarize the employee with the record. The employee puts his signature.
