When a new employee is hired, the employer is obliged to make a record of employment in his work book within 5 days. If the employee gets a new work book, the employer is also responsible for filling out the title page.

Instructions

Step 1

In column No. 3 of the section "Information on work" in the form of a title without indicating the date of entry and serial number, write down the full name of the organization in accordance with the constituent documents. Put the abbreviated name next to it. It is possible to use a stamp with this data.

Step 2

In the second column of the "Job Information" section, indicate the date of hiring the employee in the format "01.01.2014".

Step 3

In the third column, make a record of employment in the structural department of the organization (indicate the specific name) indicating the position, profession and qualifications. The title of the position must coincide with the staffing table. If the names do not match, the employee may have problems when assigning a pension. It is not necessary to indicate the specifics of the employment contract in the work book.

Step 4

In the fourth column, indicate the name of the organizational and administrative document on the basis of which the entry is made.

Step 5

In the course of work, note in the work book all movements of the employee along the career ladder with the indication of the transfer date, order number and the date of the entry in the work book.

Step 6

In cases of renaming an enterprise, make an appropriate record of the renaming so that no incident occurs upon dismissal. In this case, in column No. 3, make an entry of this type: "Organization … from such and such a date has been renamed to Organization …" In such cases, you cannot make a record of dismissal.

Step 7

Upon termination of the employment contract, make a record of the employee's dismissal with reference to the relevant article of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. The employer is obliged to make an appropriate entry and issue a work book to the former employee on the day of dismissal.
