Step 1

Notify the employee in writing about the reduction in wages two months before the new conditions in wages are set.

Step 2

State the reason for the decrease in wages and the amount of wages that you plan to pay after the decrease.

Step 3

The employee must sign that he is familiar with the timing of the new wage conditions.

Step 4

It is strictly forbidden to reduce only the salary, while maintaining the previous work schedule and the volume of functions performed. With a decrease in wages, it is necessary to reduce the time of work and the volume of duties performed.

Step 5

If an employee does not agree to the new terms of remuneration, then he can choose another job for himself in 2 months and quit. In case of all disagreements between the employee and the employer, you can apply to the prosecutor's office, to the labor inspectorate or to the court.

Step 6

When the deadline for the reduction of wages comes, conclude an additional agreement on new working conditions and payment. Make changes to the job description to reduce the amount of work performed. Submit all changes by order. New additions to the terms of the contract and to the job description must be signed bilaterally.
