Step 1
Add up all the wages paid by the firm for the year to the watchman. Add to this amount all quarterly bonuses, allowances for worked night hours, and so on. Subtract from the received figure "sick leave" for the last twelve months, payments for vacation days. Please note that for going to work on holidays, as well as overtime, double pay! For work at night, add an additional twenty percent, provided that the employment contract does not say about a different interest rate.

Count how many days the watchman actually worked over the last year. Vacation days, holidays, weekends should be deleted from the final result, unless, of course, the work shift did not fall at this time. Do not forget about sick leave payments, they also do not include in the grand total.
Step 3
Divide the total wage payments by the number of days the watchman actually worked. This will give you an employee's average earnings in one day. Subtract thirteen percent income tax from it if it is withheld from wages and not paid by the business. The salary of the watchman should be calculated by the company in accordance with the tariff categories 016-94. In this case, the organization has the right to determine the hourly wage for the employee or make the salary fixed.

If you need to calculate the average watchman's salary for one month, subject to hourly wages, first look at the employment contract. In it, find the item in which it is noted how much the company pays at the rate established by it for one working hour of the employee. Count how many hours are on the night shift, not forgetting about all the processing. Then multiply this figure by the number of days actually worked during one year. Divide it by twelve months - the required number will be found.
