Self-presentation plays a critical role in hiring a person. The process of creating a self-presentation is incredibly exciting and interesting, but at the same time extremely difficult.

When the phrase "Tell us about yourself" is heard during the interview, many are unexpectedly lost. There is an excellent education, rich work experience, and the necessary personal qualities. But not everyone succeeds in correctly and, at the same time, to summarize everything without prejudice to the meaning.
Step 2
Remember, high-quality self-presentation is a carefully selected collection of information, only outwardly similar to a virtuoso improvisation. Don't count on sudden inspiration, prepare your self-presentation in advance.

To begin with, write on a separate sheet of important biographical information (place of study, diplomas, certificates), on another sheet of all your professional achievements, and on the next sheet - all positive personal qualities. It will be better if you devote not ten minutes to this procedure, but will perform it gradually, returning to the task, over several days. Then you will receive more complete information.
Step 4
Now think about what language means (epithets, metaphors, comparisons, allegories, etc.) you want to include in your self-presentation. Use these expressive means with care so that your speech does not become stylistically like a fable.
Step 5
Only use constructs that work well with your speaking style. Otherwise, the use of pictorial and expressive means of language will look unnatural and inappropriate.
Step 6
Now think about the structure of information presentation. The scheme "was born …, studied …, got married …" has become boring for a long time, and will not reflect your individuality in any way. Try to compose a story about yourself based on a completely different principle. For example: “Through hardships to the stars. I have learned this motto since my studies at the State University of International Economic Relations, where … (and further important biography facts for a career)."
Step 7
Remember that self-presentation is not only your data, your success, but also your personality, your image. Always elegant and discreet clothes, neat hairstyle, high-quality business accessories are an integral part of your professional image.
