Step 1
In accordance with the law No. 2487-1 "On private detective and security activities in the Russian Federation", you can only hire a security guard from a specially established enterprise, if you do not have your own security service of your enterprise, which has gone through the entire institution procedure established by law.
Step 2
The employment contract and the employment of the security guard is carried out by the established company. You are obliged to conclude a civil contract with this organization for the provision of services. Payment for services is made by agreement, you will transfer the entire amount to the account of the specified company. The security guards will receive wages at their place of work.
Step 3
A specialized company is recruiting licensed security guards who have a certificate. An employment contract is concluded with employees indicating the work schedule, conditions for providing rest and wages.
Step 4
When working at your company, the security guard obeys the internal regulations and bears full responsibility for the entrusted amount of work.
Step 5
If you plan to create a separate division of your own security service, you are not entitled to provide security services to third parties. The security service of your enterprise will work exclusively in the interests of the safety of the founder, who will be your organization.
Step 6
You will recruit security guards in accordance with general rules. The applicant is obliged to present a work book, a certificate allowing to carry out security activities, write an application.
Step 7
Draw up an employment contract, issue an order, familiarize the employee with the scope of the functions performed.
Step 8
When hiring employees who will act as a watchman, a special certificate is not required. It is enough to conclude, receive a work book, an application and draw up an employment contract.
