If they match, then he has time to choose another employee for a long trip, or just talk with the employee and find out if it is possible to postpone the date.

And what is the use for the employee himself? Probably few people would disagree that knowing the time of your annual vacation is very convenient. So you can plan your vacation, for example, book a voucher or buy tickets for a trip to your relatives. Even if something unplanned happens in the organization, it will be quite difficult for the employer not to accept your vacation application. Otherwise, you can contact the labor inspectorate to deal with the situation.

Despite the fact that there is a vacation schedule, the manager must notify the employee in writing two weeks before the start of the vacation. The transfer of the date is carried out only with the consent of the employee.
