Then a ruling is made, according to which a civil case is initiated in a court of 1 instance.

Further, the court issues a ruling on the preparation of the case for the proceedings, which indicates the actions of all parties, as well as the timing of these actions in order to ensure the timely holding of the court session.

Trial preparation is mandatory, in which both parties, as well as other persons involved or their representatives, must participate. The objectives of this preparation are to clarify all the circumstances affecting the correct resolution of the proceedings; determining the law according to which the case will be resolved; establishing the legal relationship of the parties, submitting all the evidence, as well as clarifying the circle of persons taking part in the case; reconciliation of the parties.

After all parties prepare the necessary documents, the judge determines the day of the trial, which must be appointed no later than two months from the date of filing the statement of claim.
