In order for a resume to be of interest to an employee of the HR department, it must be correctly drawn up. This means not only the absence of spelling and grammatical errors, but also the presentation of the applicant's data in the most favorable light.

Step 1
Most resumes are compiled according to a single template, including resumes for the security guard position.
At the top of the page, on the right or left, you need to indicate your surname, name, patronymic in large print. On the contrary, in small letters, address, mobile and home phone numbers and e-mail.

Then the heading "Purpose" is written in large letters. In this case, it is the job of a security guard.
Step 3
The next heading is "Work Experience". All companies are listed there, starting from the last place. To do this, you need to split the page into two halves. On the left, the period of work is written (only the month and year of enrollment and dismissal are indicated). The name of the company, position and main responsibilities are written on the right. This is how all companies are recorded one after another, starting with the first.

Then comes the item "Education". All educational institutions, both completed and incomplete, are indicated there, also starting with the last one. The date of admission and graduation date, the name of the faculty and the specialty are written. If you have completed a refresher course or received additional education, this must be noted in your resume.

The next item is "Knowledge and skills". For an applicant for the position of security, this can be the ability to conduct surveillance, possession of a firearm, and so on.

Then the column "Personal qualities". It can be: responsibility, honesty, diligence, perseverance, attentiveness, and so on.

Then you need to indicate the received licenses and certificates. The column is called "Certificates". For a security guard, this can be a license to carry a weapon and a certificate of completion of courses for employees of PSC (private security organizations). If you received awards - orders and medals, mention this in your resume.
Step 8
The next column is "Other". Everything that was not included in the previous paragraphs of the resume and personal information is written here. This can be information about marital status, bad habits, the presence or absence of a driver's license, a hobby.
