Step 1
Obtain the application form from the territorial body of the Pension Fund and fill it out correctly. Remember, you can apply no earlier than one month before your expected retirement. But it is better to start collecting the rest of the documents in advance, three to five months before submitting the application. This procedure will help you start receiving payments as soon as you retire. After collecting all the documents and filling out the application, show them to the employees of the Pension Fund. Step 2
You can send the completed application by registered mail or entrust the filing of documents to your representative if you cannot come yourself. Attach the original and a photocopy of the certificate of compulsory medical insurance, a work book (to confirm the insurance experience and in some cases - for preferential pension provision), a certificate of average monthly earnings for the last 60 months in a row (possible for any period of employment), a passport or military a ticket for military personnel.
Step 3
You may also need a certificate of temporary registration if you are going to receive a pension not at the place of registration (registration). The day your application is accepted by the Pension Fund is the day you officially apply for your pension. If your documents are in order, the retirement pension is assigned from the date of your application.
