You left them somewhere or they were stolen from you, no documents - no rights. Don't panic. Documents can always be returned, and if not, then they can be restored by receiving new ones.

Step 1
If you find that your passport is missing, immediately contact the district police department. Write a statement of loss and fill out a written request in which you ask to consider the lost passport invalid. Based on this application, you will receive a certificate that will serve as the basis for obtaining a new passport. If your passport has been stolen, then contact the police department at the place of theft by filling out a written application. Thus, you will protect yourself from receiving imaginary loans, apartments and other valuables.
Step 2
After receiving a certificate from the police department about the loss of the document, contact the passport office at your place of residence. Write a statement detailing where and how your passport was stolen or lost. If your passport has been stolen, then you will not be charged any fine. And if the passport was lost, then you will pay a fine as an administrative penalty for careless storage of documents.
Step 3
After writing the application at the passport office, you will receive an extract from the house book indicating your place of residence. You will also receive a receipt for payment of the state duty. Take 4 black and white photographs measuring 3x4 centimeters. Take the receipt and the received documents and go to the passport office at the regional office of the Department of Internal Affairs. After submitting all documents, you will receive a temporary certificate with your photo until you acquire a new passport. The term for issuing a passport is 2 months.
