When resolving any official issues, citizens have to write statements, complaints and letters to various authorities. Contacting legal organizations or individuals should be directed to the address of their official location. Sometimes the submitted application is considered by the organization for an unreasonably long time, or even it turns out that they have no application at all. In this situation, it is often necessary for a person to prove that the statement was made. And if you do not take care of the evidence in advance, it will be impossible to do this. Several precautions should be taken to avoid this development.

Instructions

Step 1

When writing an application to the organization, indicate its full name and address in the "heading". If the company has multiple addresses, all correspondence should be directed to the physical address of the organization.

Step 2

Make a statement in two copies, one of which is for you. Date and sign it. Take the application to the admissions office of the addressee's organization. Give it to the secretary of the organization or to the office. Be sure to ask you to assign a number of incoming documentation to the application. The receiving employee must also affix an acceptance mark, the current date, and his signature on your copy of the application.

Step 3

If the organization refuses to endorse your copy of the application for any reason, there is no point in leaving their application. Since, if they refuse, you will not be able to prove that they received your application.

Step 4

Send your application to the organization's address by postal mail with acknowledgment of receipt. To do this, fill out a special form in the mail, where, in addition to the required information, indicate a brief description of the letter. Write the essence of your statement in two or three sentences. Thus, the organization is guaranteed to receive your application and the confirmation of this will be the return receipt of the letter with a brief description.

Step 5

Having in your hands a signed second copy of the statement with the date of acceptance or notification of receipt of the letter with a specific date will be irrefutable evidence that the statement was written by you.
