Step 1
Prepare the documents required to register the articles of association of the firm. Write the corresponding statement on the form, which can be downloaded from the website of the Federal Tax Service (FTS). It must be signed by the CEO or other person with documented authority to sign. Further, the application will need to be certified by a notary, who will confirm the validity of the signature.
Step 2
Also, fill out a document in advance that will indicate a list of changes to the charter, as well as a decision on this issue made by the board of directors, shareholders (for a joint stock company) or solely by the director (for a limited liability company).

Pay the state fee for this type of documentation. In 2011, it was four hundred rubles. Payment can be made through Sberbank, where on special stands examples of filling out receipts with the bank details of the addressees are given.
Also attach the receipt of payment of the duty with the mark of the bank teller to the package of documents.
Step 4
Find the coordinates of the district office of the Federal Tax Service. This can be done using the FTS website by going to the section for taxpayers.
Step 5
Come to the Federal Tax Service with all the documents or send them by mail. In the second case, the letter must be with acknowledgment of receipt.
Step 6
After reviewing your application, you will receive a document confirming the entry of an entry on the relevant changes in the charter in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Employees of the department of the Federal Tax Service must send this document to the address of the organization within a week from the moment they receive an application from the owners of the company. If the papers do not arrive for a long time, contact the tax office by phone or go there in person and find out the reasons for this.
