An employment contract is a document governing the legal relationship between an employee and an employer, in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation. It is very important that when applying for a job, the employment contract is correctly and competently drawn up. Currently, there is not a single regulatory document containing a single sample of an employment contract. Therefore, in order to correctly fill out an employment contract, it is necessary to strictly adhere to the rules described in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

- - work book, only if this is not the first place of work or not a part-time job;
- - insurance certificate of state pension insurance;
- - military ID;
- - education document.
Instructions
Step 1
The employment contract is drawn up in 2 copies, one of which is handed over to the employee, and the second remains in the organization and is kept in his personal file. Upon receipt of the second copy of the employment contract, the employee must sign the copy of the employer.
Step 2
According to the legislation of the Russian Federation, an employment contract must be signed within 3 days from the moment the employee is admitted to work.
Step 3
Before the employment contract is signed by the employee, the employer is obliged to familiarize him with signature with all local documents, internal labor regulations and the collective agreement (if any) of the organization.
Step 4
After signing an employment contract, employment is formalized by an order, the content of which must fully comply with the concluded employment contract. Acquaintance with the order is confirmed by the personal signature of the employee. At the request of the employee, the employer is obliged to give him a duly certified copy of the order of employment.
Step 5
The main data that must be indicated in the employment contract on the part of the employer:
- the name of the organization or the full name of the individual entrepreneur;
- charter, TIN and OGRN of the organization;
- passport data and data on registration with the tax service of an individual entrepreneur;
- a document confirming the employer's authority to sign an employment contract (for example, an order to appoint a general director or a power of attorney).
Step 6
The main data that must be indicated in the employment contract on the part of the employee:
-date of birth, passport details and registration address of the employee;
-place and date of signing the employment contract;
- full name of the organization;
- labor duties with reference to the staffing table and internal labor regulations;
- the date from which the employee is obliged to start his job. If this clause is not provided for by the employment contract, then the employee must begin work on the next day after the date of signing the employment contract;
-based salary and size of bonuses;
- working hours, rest time and conditions for granting annual leave;
- other working conditions that do not worsen the position of the employee.
Step 7
An employment contract can be concluded either indefinitely or for a specific period, which must also be spelled out in the contract.
