Step 1

- draft contract with a foreign specialist;

- a receipt for payment of the state duty. The permit will be ready within 30 days from the date of submission of the documents.

Step 2

Sign a preliminary employment contract with a foreign citizen. Please note: the salary of a specialist must not be lower than the average subsistence level in your region. The contract must also contain clauses on the employee's insurance and social security.

Step 3

Submit your documents and documents of a foreign specialist to the UMFS: - a certified copy of the foreign specialist's passport (apostille);

- certified copies of documents on professional education received by foreign specialists (apostille);

- medical certificates confirming that the foreigner has no dangerous diseases;

- a receipt for payment of the state duty.

Step 4

In advance, ask the employee to provide you with 2 photographs 3 × 4 cm (one for the application form and one for the employee's personal file with the FMS). Paste in a photo. Do not forget that the application is filled in block letters.

Enter the name of the employee, information on citizenship, address of permanent registration in the appropriate fields of the application form. Then fill in the columns with data on the identity document of the foreign employee and the name of the document.

Step 6

In the appropriate field, enter the number of your permission to attract labor and the number of your certificate of registration of an individual entrepreneur or LLC. Next, indicate the period for which you are applying for a work permit. Enter the address of your organization. After that, enter in the appropriate columns information about your identity document and the name of this document.

Step 7

Indicate the location of the work of the foreign specialist, the type of labor activity and position. Pay attention to the column "Special conditions" For example, you can enter additional information regarding the work schedule.

Step 8

Put the date and signature on the application. You can obtain a work permit no later than 6 months from the date of application.
