Form 14001 is an application for amending the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE). The need to fill out this document arises when changing the data about the company contained in the register, and, accordingly, the need to reflect these changes in it.
It is necessary
- - Form 14001 in electronic or paper version;
- - the main details of the company;
- - information about the changes that need to be made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities;
- - a computer with a printer;
- - a fountain pen.
Instructions
Step 1
Enter basic information about your company (full name in Russian, OGRN and the date of its assignment, TIN and KPP) in the fields intended for them on the first page of the title page. If changes are made in connection with a change in the name of the enterprise, on the title page it is necessary to indicate the previous one, which still appears in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
Step 2
Mark with "V" the items listed on pages 1-2 of the title page and concerning exactly those changes that need to be made to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities in your case. Next to each checkbox, indicate the number of pages. If you're not sure if one is enough, put it aside for later.
Step 3
Fill out the sheets of the form regarding the changes you are making. Leave others blank.
Step 4
If there is not enough space on the sheet, add the required number of pages. To do this, you can remove blueprints from the corresponding sheet or print it on a printer in the required quantity. When filling out an electronic form, copy the required sheet and paste it into the document the required number of times between the page that this sheet occupies and the next.
Step 5
After completing all the necessary sections, contact a notary to certify your signature on the last page of the form. You must sign in the designated field on the last page of the form in his presence.
