Step 1
As evidence, confirm the ownership of another residential premises and the fact of leaving there, moreover, of a permanent nature (testimony of witnesses, neighbors), failure to fulfill the obligation to pay utility bills (submit receipts for payment on your own behalf).
Step 2
A citizen can be discharged on his own by submitting an application to the passport officer of the housing department. You can initiate a voluntary discharge by submitting an application to the internal affairs bodies about a violation of the registration regime. For living outside the place of registration, the Code of Administrative Offenses provides for a fine from 1,500 to 2,500 rubles.
Step 3
For an extract from a municipal apartment, provide the passport officer with the documents:
- applicant's passport, - a statement with a request to write out, - documents - the grounds for an extract, in particular, a court decision on the loss of the right to live in an apartment, on recognition as missing. Also, deregistration is carried out on the basis of a message from the military registration and enlistment office about conscription, a court verdict on real imprisonment that entered into legal force. Such documents are presented by the interested person.
The passport officer submits the documents to the Federal Migration Service for registration.
