It is necessary

  • - order forms (forms T-6 and T-8);
  • - application forms;
  • - employee documents;
  • - Labor Code of the Russian Federation;
  • - form of a note-calculation.

Instructions

Step 1

If you want to take a vacation due to leave before dismissal, the employee should draw up a statement of termination of the employment contract, which indicates the actual date of dismissal. The employee writes another statement. It prescribes a request for a vacation. The specialist indicates the number of days of rest due. Both applications are forwarded to the director. The manager considers the employee's request.

Step 2

In accordance with the legislation, leave with subsequent dismissal can be taken by employees who terminate employment at their own request or by agreement of the parties. In case of dismissal due to the fault of a specialist, it is not allowed to take a vacation before termination of the contract.

Step 3

Draw up a dismissal order. Use Form T-8 for this. Write in the order the date of termination of the employment relationship with the employee. When receiving leave with subsequent dismissal, indicate the last day of the leave. Familiarize the employee with the order against receipt.

Step 4

Then the employee fills out a note-calculation. Form T-61 is used. Based on the note, the accountants calculate the number of days of the due vacation. Draw up a vacation order in the T-6 form. Indicate the number of days of rest available. Certify the document with the director's signature. Familiarize the employee with the order against the receipt.

Step 5

Issue money for the vacation three days before the actual start of the vacation. You need to make an entry in the work book and give it to the owner on the day of dismissal, but not earlier than the due date. If the specialist refuses to personally appear for the main document confirming work activity to the address of the employee's place of residence, send a notification about the possibility of sending the work book by mail. Obtain written consent from the employee. Send the book in a valuable letter.
