It is necessary

  • - time sheet;
  • - personal employee card;
  • - payroll;
  • - calculator.

Instructions

Step 1

First of all, you should look at the employee's personal card (unified form No. 2) the date of the last vacation. If he used his right in the last calendar year, but did not take it out completely, you will have to calculate the remaining days.

Step 2

According to labor law, each employee has the right to take leave, the duration of which is 28 calendar days. Thus, for each month worked, the employee is entitled to 28 days / 12 months = 2.33 days.

Step 3

It remains for you to calculate the period for which you must provide rest days. To do this, on the basis of the time sheet, count the days when the employee was present at work or was absent for a good reason (no more than 14 days). If they have worked less than 14 days in a calendar month, this period is excluded from the total length of service.

Step 4

After you have determined the number of months in the billing period, multiply this number by 2.33 days. Let's say an employee has worked for 10 months. Thus, he is entitled to 10 * 2, 33 ≈ 24 days.

Step 5

Now subtract from this number the number of days that he walked in the calendar year. Pay compensation for the remaining days. To calculate it, determine the average daily wage.

Step 6

Add up all payments that were paid to the employee in the calendar year. Divide by the number of months in the billing period, then divide by 29.4 (the average of the average number of days in a month). For example, an employee was paid 100,000 rubles in 10 months. Thus, 100,000/10/29.4 ≈ 340.14 rubles per day.

Step 7

To calculate the compensation, multiply the resulting number by the number of days of unused vacation. For example, in the above example, the employee is entitled to 340, 14 * 24 = 8163, 36 rubles.
