From January 1, 2011, new rules for passing certification for teaching staff have been introduced. Now this procedure has become mandatory: every five years, every teacher who does not have a category must necessarily confirm the suitability of the position. The conditions for those teachers who wish to receive the first category have also changed.
It is necessary
- - the attestation sheet completed up to the seventh point;
- - portfolio of professional achievements;
- - a photocopy of the attestation sheet based on the results of the first attestation;
- - statement.
Instructions
Step 1
If you intend to receive the first qualification category, fill out an application in the prescribed form. The law does not establish any deadlines for submitting such applications and the time of the certification itself, which means that teachers can submit documents at any time.
Step 2
If you already have the first category, it is better to apply three months before the expiration date of the previous certification. This is done so that your previous deadline does not expire while the application is being considered and certified.
Step 3
In addition to the application for the first category, prepare a photocopy of the certification sheet drawn up based on the results of the previous test (if it was carried out); fill out a new certification sheet for the seventh point inclusive; attach a portfolio of personal professional achievements (provided to the commission at the time of application or within a month after that).
Step 4
Having collected the necessary package of documents, submit it to the certification commission for your constituent entity of the Russian Federation. In Moscow, this is the capital's center of educational law, located at the address: st. Bolshaya December 9.
Step 5
The commission will consider your application within a month from the date of its submission, then it will appoint the date, place and time of the certification. The period for passing the certification according to the laws of the Russian Federation should not exceed two months.
Step 6
The qualification test will be conducted as an examination of the teacher's portfolio of achievements. It can take place without the direct presence of a teacher applying for the first category, as well as with his participation. If you wish to attend the meeting, please indicate this in your application in advance.
Step 7
To successfully obtain the first qualification category, according to the appendix to the law of the Russian Federation "On Education", a teacher must be fluent in modern educational technologies and methods, effectively apply them in their practice, have stable results of their work with a steady growth in quality achievements.
