Step 1
Choose a specialized organization from those available on the Russian market to start the certification procedure. The selected organization must be an independent verification party and be accredited by the State Standard of Russia.

Prepare a number of documents required for certification of goods and services produced.

Submit the complete documentation to the selected specialized body. Initially, a preliminary assessment will be carried out, which is the first stage of conformity certification. It is carried out by analyzing the data specified in the submitted documents, and is needed in order to determine the readiness of the organization for certification. At the second stage, based on the data received, a verification program is determined, which is coordinated by the specialists and the management of the certification body.
Step 4
Participate in the meeting and learn about the composition of the certifying organization's commission. Also, at this meeting, it is possible to get acquainted and agree with the verification program, if the certifying organization deems it necessary. Coordination of the program is carried out in rare cases in order to be able to objectively conduct certification. A mandatory item of the program are various tests that can reveal non-conformities to the requirements of mandatory certification. Then the organization itself and its quality systems are audited, in the process of which evidence is collected and analyzed. Based on the results of the check, an act is drawn up.

Pay in the manner prescribed by law by the Gosstandart of Russia for the work carried out by the certification body.
