A passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is issued at the territorial migration service in accordance with instruction No. 605, approved by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation. To obtain a passport quickly, you need to contact the migration service at the place of permanent registration with all the documents provided for the registration and replacement of the passport.

Instructions
Step 1
For the first time, a passport is issued at the age of 14. To quickly obtain the main identity document, contact the territorial migration service to which you belong at your place of residence. Submit an application of a unified form, filled out on the spot in the presence of an authorized employee of the migration service, pay the state fee for registration services. You will also need 4 photographs of 45x35 mm.
Step 2
The next registration of an internal passport is made at 25 and 45 years old or when changing the last name, first name or patronymic. For replacement, you will need the same documents as for the first registration. The only thing that needs to be presented additionally is a certificate of marriage, divorce or a certificate from the registry office about the change of name.
Step 3
To enter additional information, present the birth certificate of all children, so that information about them is entered on the appropriate page. If desired, you can present a medical certificate confirming the blood group. A military card is required only for those liable for military service, as well as for military personnel in reserve or persons of draft age.
Step 4
The established deadline for issuing an internal passport is 10 calendar days from the date of submission of documents to the territorial migration service. If you are obtaining a passport in a small region with a low population, you will be notified of earlier receipt. If you are in a hurry, ask an authorized FMS employee to speed up the process.
Step 5
At the time of registration, you may be given a certificate No. 2P, which will certify your identity and is accepted by all official bodies along with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation.
Step 6
If the passport is lost, the document is drawn up on the basis of the submitted package of documents in a short time. The state fee is 500 rubles.
