Step 1
The stipulated time frame for issuing or replacing a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation is 10 calendar days from the date of submission of all documents required to obtain a document. In regions where the population is low, the period for obtaining a passport can be significantly reduced.
Step 2
If you applied for a passport to the territorial migration service not at the place of permanent registration, the processing time may significantly exceed 10 calendar days. The Migration Service is obliged to make a request at the place of your permanent registration, to conduct a full check of the data you provided. This may take 60 calendar days. Therefore, if you plan to issue an internal passport quickly, contact only the territorial service at the place of permanent registration.
Step 3
To obtain a passport at the age of 14, you will need a birth certificate, an application that must be filled out in the migration service, a certificate from the place of residence of registration, 4 photos 4, 5x3, 5 cm, a receipt for payment of the state duty. If the name and surname was changed, get a certificate from the registry office.
Step 4
At the age of 25 and 45, you can change your passport on the basis of a uniform application, the form is issued at the migration service. You will also need to present a passport for replacement, 4 photographs, pay a state fee, submit a marriage certificate, divorce, birth certificate of children.
Step 5
All citizens liable for military service, upon receipt or replacement of an internal passport, are required to present a military ID with a note on military registration received at the military commissariat.

Citizens who need an identity document very urgently, for example, for employment, can be issued a unified certificate No. 2P, which, along with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, is accepted by all official bodies and departments.
