A prerequisite for the operation of any enterprise, even those carrying out non-commercial activities, is planning and management. One of the planning tools is the work program of the enterprise. At its core, it is a plan of management measures to ensure the fulfillment of the production plan or the planned provision of services. As in any plan, it should indicate the sequence and timing of these events.

Instructions

Step 1

The basis for drawing up a work program is a production plan, which establishes the nomenclature, assortment, quality and quantity of products or services provided. The production plan should determine the number and volumes of products produced or sold, the volumes and structure of supplies, the planned amount of revenue and profit from its sale. Collect all the statistical material necessary to draw up a production plan.

Step 2

The effectiveness of management largely depends on the correct plans. To do this, they must be based on reliable data. When drawing up a production plan, take into account the factors that increase its representativeness - a centralized task for the supply of the most important types of products, an existing and prospective portfolio of orders, all concluded and planned contracts. Do not forget to take into account in the calculations the data on the balances of unsold products and goods stored in warehouses at the beginning and end of the billing periods. In the calculations, take into account the difference in the cost price and wholesale selling prices of the enterprise.

Step 3

Conduct a statistical analysis of the production plan, taking into account the performance indicators for the last several years of the enterprise. Using economic and mathematical methods, optimize the production plan, use for this, for example, matrix modeling.

Step 4

Based on the optimized production plan, draw up a work program for the enterprise aimed at its implementation. In the work program, take into account all the available and involved resources of the enterprise: the equipment used, labor resources and their qualifications, the available raw materials and materials, orders and the prospective need for products or services provided. For each item of the production plan, indicate the measures that must be taken to ensure it. Specify the deadlines for their implementation, appoint responsible persons.

Step 5

The work program can be adjusted during the implementation of the production plan. It is a living, working document that gives you control over your business.
