The most important document that determines the main directions and quantitative indicators of the activity of any enterprise is the production program of its work. It is an indispensable part of the general management of the enterprise and an important planning and management tool. It is a unified production plan and a list of those activities that need to be carried out in order to ensure its implementation.

Instructions

Step 1

Analyze the production activities of your company for at least 3 years. In addition, you need up-to-date data on the company's activities - the availability of the necessary equipment, qualifications and number of employees, economic data - concluded and prospective contracts, other microeconomic indicators. Collect the necessary data from the heads of departments, in the accounting department, from economists and from the personnel department.

Step 2

Based on the materials received, draw up a long-term work plan for the company. Such a plan should be as realistic as possible, therefore, the more factors it takes into account, the more accurate your forecast will be. Include in your calculations the volumes of the centralized task for the supply of the most important types of products, take into account the current and prospective portfolio of orders, existing contracts and the deadlines for completing their stages. Do not forget to analyze pricing, cost price and wholesale price per unit of production, availability of stock balances at the beginning and end of reporting periods, seasonality of production or sales of products.

Step 3

Use economic and mathematical methods to optimize the production plan, and, on its basis, draw up a production work program, taking into account all the possibilities available for its implementation - the availability and qualifications of labor resources, the resources of the equipment used, the availability of the necessary materials. Consider the future need for labor and material resources.

Step 4

Break down the production program into stages, including measures to ensure the fulfillment of planned targets, indicate the timing of each stage. Reflect in it the reporting on their implementation and the measures to monitor this implementation qualitatively and quantitatively.
