There are general rules established by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the procedure for hiring and registering new employees. According to Art. 68 of the Labor Code of Russia, it is drawn up by an order of the head of the established form No. T-1, developed and approved by the decree of the State Statistics Committee of the Russian Federation dated 05.01.2004 No. hiring.

Instructions

Step 1

Download, following the link indicated at the end of the article, the unified form No. T1 for issuing an order for the employment of one person, a document form in Word or Excel format.

Start filling it out by indicating in the allotted line the name of the enterprise and the OKPO code. Here, in the introductory part of the document, indicate the order number (assigned in accordance with the rules of internal document flow) and the date of its preparation.

Step 2

Complete the lines on the hiring date form. They are located on the right side of the document, right after the title. Here you need to write from what date and on what date the employee will be accepted. If the expiration date of the contractual relationship is not specified separately, you should write in this line "Not defined".

After the words "Hire" write the surname, name and patronymic of the new employee. Next, tell which structural unit of the organization the specialist is sent to, indicate his future position with an indication of the qualification level and describe the conditions of admission (permanently or temporarily), as well as the nature of the upcoming work.

Be sure to fill out the columns on the conditions of remuneration according to the staffing table, the prescribed allowances and indicate the time for the probationary period, if it was appointed.

Step 3

In the final part of the document, write the number of the employment contract, which became the basis for the issuance of the order, and the date of its conclusion. Next, indicate the position of the head authorized to sign the order, leave a place for its signature and decipher (surname, initials) in brackets. In the same way, the line reserved for the employee's signature is filled in, which is located after the words "I have read the order".
