People who work for themselves do not know the problems in relations with their superiors, but not every person's career develops in this way - much more often people have to look for ways to get along with their immediate boss and find mutual understanding for further joint work. In order to adapt to your boss and please him, you need to follow a number of rules.
Instructions
Step 1
Take a closer look at your leader and try to understand who this person is, what type of character he belongs to, what his preferences are in relation to work and daily life, what he loves and what he feels negatively about. The luckiest employees are those whose boss is the most adequate and professional.
Step 2
If you understand that your manager is the type of literate people, then in order to please him, you just need to do your job well, be responsible and not give any reason to doubt your professional suitability. Self-reliance and non-standard solutions, as well as the successful solution of various problems and the desire to learn will help you move up the career ladder.
Step 3
Some bosses are distinguished by excessive pedantry. If you are faced with a pedantic leader, while you yourself are a creative person, a conflict may mature between you and your boss. If your boss demands from you many hours of routine and boring work in spite of everything, either put up with him, or find another job where your extraordinary skills and abilities will be appreciated.
Step 4
In the event that you come across an unfair and oppressive boss who tyrannizes his subordinates, the only way to please him is to demonstrate agreement, obedience and willingness to submit to his influence. Listen to complaints, even unfounded ones, silently and calmly - in this case, the boss, satisfied with the verbal punishment of the employee, will not notice minor errors. If you show disobedience, you may soon be fired.
Step 5
If the boss, on the contrary, defiantly ignores conventional conventions and positions himself as a democratic leader, do not show excessive pedantry in the team and do not strive to stay at work until midnight, completing overtime work.
Step 6
Also, if your boss maintains a friendship in the work team, strive to bond with the team. Participate in corporate events, be friendly and sociable. Uncommunicative and conflicted people from such collectives are fired.
Step 7
Remember that, no matter what boss you get, the most important thing in work is to clearly and efficiently complete all tasks that come to your name. A professional employee always remains valuable for his company and for his bosses in particular.
