Check the current amount of the state duty for the issuance of a duplicate certificate of assignment of the OGRN in your tax inspectorate, which registers the tax, if there is one in your region, on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia or its regional department.

Use the service for generating a payment order on the website of the Federal Tax Service of Russia. To do this, enter the code of the required tax office there.

Step 4

If a separate inspection is engaged in the registration of legal entities and entrepreneurs in your region and you want to clarify its code, use the service of the FTS website for this, which allows you to find out your inspection at the legal address of the company.

Step 5

Pay the state duty from the company's current account. A receipt for payment on behalf of an individual will not be accepted by the tax office.

Step 6

Prepare documents confirming your powers of director: an order for the appointment to this position, the corresponding decision of the founder or general meeting, articles of association. These papers are optional, but if the tax authorities want to see them, this will not cause you any difficulties. Don't forget your passport as well.

Take the documents to the tax office.
