The main state registration number (OGRN), along with the constituent documents, determines the status of this legal entity as a subject of law. This registration number confirms the state registration of the legal entity. If you lose this document, you can get a duplicate of it from the Inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service.
Instructions
Step 1
If the certificate of receipt of the PSRN has been lost, then it can be restored, as well as other constituent or registration documents. This is possible, since when registering an enterprise for tax purposes, the inspectorate at the place of registration is required to provide all copies of documents certified by a notary. In the archives of the tax authority, they are formed in a separate file and are permanently stored.
Step 2
In the tax office, where your company is registered, in the name of its head, write a free form application for a duplicate of the OGRN certificate. It must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt or payment document confirming the payment of the state duty. The details will be given to you at the IFTS. In the text of the application, also indicate the date of registration of your enterprise, the OGRN number and the reason why you need to issue a duplicate of the document.
Step 3
An application to the IFTS is written on behalf of the head of the enterprise. On the basis of a power of attorney, a representative may act on his behalf. To restore the PSRN, you may only need the manager's passport (or a certified copy), the details of the document you are looking for, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (received no later than 1 month in advance) and the minutes of the decision of the general meeting on the appointment of the general director.
Step 4
Within a short period of time, but not less than 5 days, you will be required to provide a duplicate of the certificate in the form of an original copy. It will be certified by the official seal and signature of an official - the head of the registering tax authority. In terms of its legal force, the duplicate of the OGRN certificate is equal to the original and does not differ from it in its external design.
