For several years now, there has been a strict ban on the organization and conduct of gambling in Russia. Now slot machines are illegal. But this does not stop either enterprising businessmen or gamblers from whom they profit. How does the process of closing an illegal business take place?

Step 1
If you notice that a slot machine room continues to function in one of the districts of your city, please report this by calling the hotline, which is open in every major city.
Step 2
In the event that you do not have the opportunity to call such a phone, contact the police department on duty or the district police officer with a statement. A statement or complaint on this issue can be accepted by the tax authorities or the prosecutor's office.
Step 3
Be prepared to be asked a series of questions regarding an illegal establishment. Therefore, before contacting, try to find out how the access to the game room is carried out and how the game process goes. Interview local residents and draw appropriate conclusions if for some reason you cannot get there. If possible, make a collective statement or complaint.
Step 4
The executive bodies will have to carry out verification measures upon your appeal and will take measures to suppress this type of illegal activity. The room with the machines will be sealed.
Step 5
Based on the results of the check, prosecutors will have to prepare a corresponding statement to the arbitration court of your city or region. After the court has considered this case, the owners of the underground casino will be brought to administrative responsibility and fines, and the property in the gambling hall will be confiscated.
Step 6
Further, in accordance with the acts of seizure of property, all equipment will be transferred to the FSSP of Russia. Employees of the FSSP of Russia will issue a resolution on the transfer of the property seized in favor of the state for sale (i.e. destruction).
Step 7
If the owners of the gambling hall repeatedly violate the law (part 2 of article 14.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation), then they will be fined 10 times the amount previously charged.
