To legally hunt, you need to obtain a special document. A hunting ticket is a permit for the right to hunt in the Russian Federation, which is issued at the place of residence. Issued only to adult citizens.
Instructions
Step 1
To obtain a hunting ticket, apply to the relevant organization (club) and familiarize yourself with the procedure for obtaining a ticket. Take a sample of writing an application in a hunting club or download it from the Internet. Write and register with the club your application for a hunting ticket. Then pass all the necessary tests on the rules of hunting, on handling weapons and on safety. Then pay the state fee. Be sure to get a document about the right to keep hunting weapons. Make sure that your hunting pass is marked with a checkmark that you have passed all challenges, as well as all payments and license purchases. Hunting on the territory of the Russian Federation is prohibited without all the above tests, documents and corresponding marks.
Step 2
Renew your hunting ticket annually, because its validity is limited until March 31 of the following year from the date of its receipt. To extend the hunting ticket, starting from April 1, contact the club with the appropriate application (take a sample application at the club or download it from the Internet). Then pass all the tests provided for by the legislation and check the presence of marks on their delivery.
Step 3
Apply for a special voucher, which is issued in accordance with the procedure established by law, if you are not a citizen of the Russian Federation and want to hunt in the country. To obtain such a voucher, contact the hunting club with a written application. Find out the procedure for writing and submitting such an application at the hunting club. Then register your application and await a decision on your issue. Take the hunting decree and permission. Be sure to check the compliance of all documents with the requirements established by current legislation.
