A hunting ticket is a document that defines a person's right to hunt in a season designated by the state. It is issued to adult citizens of the Russian Federation who do not have a valid criminal record for committing an intentional crime.
Necessary

- - 2 photos 2, 5x3, 5 cm;

Instructions
Step 1
From July 1, 2011, the issuance of tickets of a single federal sample, which are unlimited. Now, hunters no longer need to renew their hunting pass every year and exchange it for a new one every 5 years. Also, there is no need to take a certificate from the internal affairs bodies about the absence of a canceled criminal record or hand over the necessary hunting minimum.
Step 2
To exchange an old hunting ticket for a new uniform federal document, take two 25 x 35 mm photographs printed on matte paper (the background does not matter much). As well as a photocopy of the passport pages on which your photo and registration address are visible.
Step 3
Apply with these documents, your passport and an old hunting ticket, which has not expired yet, to the authorized body responsible for hunting and conservation of hunting resources in your area. It may be called the Office for the Conservation, Control and Use of Wildlife Objects, the Wildlife Conservation Service, or another similar name.
Step 4
Fill out an application for a federal hunting ticket. Its form can be downloaded in advance from the official website of the authorized body. In the application, you must indicate your last name, first name, patronymic, address and telephone number, date and signature.
Step 5
If your application and the submitted documents meet the requirements, you must be issued a new hunting ticket within 5 working days. Moreover, this service is absolutely free.
Step 6
When you receive a notification about entering information about your ticket in the state hunting register, it is recognized as valid. Usually, such a notice is issued together with a new type of hunting ticket, but it can be given to you later, for example, by mail.
