The issuance of state hunting tickets of a new type began on July 1, 2011. In all regions of Russia, any citizen living in a given territory can get a new type of hunting ticket in the shortest possible time.
Instructions
Step 1
If you already have an old-style hunting ticket, then you have the right to get a new one without passing an exam on hunting rules, safety precautions and handling weapons. If you get a ticket for the first time, you will have to surrender. Apply for a ticket to the executive authority in your area that is authorized to issue hunting tickets.
Step 2
Read the order of 20.01.2011 No. 13 "On the approval of the procedure for issuing and canceling a hunting ticket of a single federal sample, the form of a hunting ticket" of the Ministry of Nature of the Russian Federation. Go to the site of the local authority, it should contain a "Memo to the hunter", which describes the order of your actions.
Step 3
To obtain a state hunting ticket, you will need to fill out a unified application form for a single federal ticket. You can get it in the administration or on the website of local authorities. Indicate in it your last name, first name and patronymic, date and place of birth, your mailing address, contact numbers and, if available, your e-mail address. Attach a copy of your passport, a copy of an old-style ticket (if available) and 2 3x4 photos to your application (please specify - the size of photos may vary).
Step 4
Send a package of documents by registered mail with a notification and an inventory by mail, if it is not possible to hand them in personally. If you can submit them in person, then do not forget to obtain documentary evidence that your documents have been accepted in full. The term for consideration of documents and making a decision on your application is 5 working days from the date of receipt.
