Step 1
Fill out the insured person's questionnaire, which the employer must provide you. As a rule, an insurance certificate is drawn up at the time of initial admission to work; you can take up the registration of an insurance pension certificate on your own.
Step 2
Within two weeks, the employer submits your completed application form to the Pension Fund, which opens a personal account in your name. The employer's deductions are credited to the account, which directly affect the amount of your future pension.
Step 3
Within three weeks from the date you submitted your completed application to the Pension Fund, a personal account is opened in your name and a pension insurance certificate is issued, which confirms the fact of registration of a person in the insurance system. If you have changed your passport data, the employer reports the new personal data to the Pension Fund in order to update your personal account. In case of loss of the Pension Certificate, as well as if it has become unusable, your employer draws up a duplicate.
