You need to write an application for an early reduction.

Step 1
First of all, make sure that the fact of the reduction is actually taking place. To do this, you must be familiarized with the order to reduce, issue a notice and an act on the offer of work or its absence. In all of the above documents, you must sign the acquaintance. In the notice issued in your hands, you should be offered dismissal to reduce staff before the expiration of the term (in accordance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, it is equal to two months) by written application.
Step 2
In the event that there are no prospects for employment in the company, but there is a plan for another solution to the problems that have arisen, decide on an early layoff. To do this, you need to personally write a statement (a sample is presented) about compensation.
In the application, be sure to indicate from what date you want to quit, put the date and personal signature.
Step 3
What will be included in the calculation upon dismissal?
1. Compulsory payments in case of reduction - the average monthly earnings. The second average monthly earnings must be paid to you in a month. As an exception, the third average earnings are paid. However, to obtain it, you will need a certificate stating that you are not working. It can be taken at the Employment Center, where you must register no later than 2 weeks from the date of dismissal.
2. Payment of days underworked up to two months on the basis of average earnings. For example, the notification was issued to you on June 14, 2009, the estimated date of dismissal is August 13, 2009. According to the application, you were dismissed on 26.06.2009. Total incomplete 1month 18days It is for this period that compensation will be paid.
3. Payment for unused vacation days. If the vacation is used upfront, there is no deduction.
