Take the opportunity to transfer money to the plaintiff without resorting to the services of a notary. In this case, the plaintiff is obliged to provide you with a receipt indicating the passport details of both parties and confirmation of the fact of transfer-receipt of the prescribed amount of money. Finally, there is the possibility of a deduction from your wages in accordance with the amount determined by the court, which will be made by your employer in a timely manner.
