The peculiarity of registration in an apartment owned by a minor is that he cannot apply for the provision of housing or sign an agreement on the free use of it. This is done for him by one of the parents with the consent of the other.

- - an application for the provision of residential premises or an agreement for the free use of it;
- - an application prescribed for registration at the place of residence;
- - passport of the person being prescribed;
- - address sheet of departure (if any).
Instructions
Step 1
Thus, instead of the child himself, his parents or one of them are sent to the notary, to the housing office or the Federal Migration Service, with the consent of the other notarized or certified at the Russian consulate abroad and signs the document for the owner and on his behalf. If the parents themselves are registered in the same apartment, they separately sign the contract for the free use of the living quarters for themselves.
The person who will certify the document must see a certificate of ownership in the name of the child, his birth certificate, the passports of the parents and everyone else who will still sign the contract, as well as a copy of the financial and personal account and an extract from the house book. The last two documents are taken from the ZhEK.
Step 2
The application for registration at the place of residence can be downloaded from the portal of public services, filled out on it online after authorization, or taken from the housing office or the Federal Migration Service and enter the necessary data right on the spot.
If the registered person has withdrawn from the registration at the previous place of residence, he presents a sheet of departure. If not, fills in the required section of the application.
Step 3
If all documents are in order, you will receive a passport with a residence permit, as usual, within three days.
